Allison Shepard Interviewed on WEAU

Allison Shepard was interviewed on WEAU about the formation of an Eau Claire Public Arts Council. The Council will be tasked with the selection, management and placement of public art. Shepard became involved in the project through her participation in Leadership Eau Claire.
